Raftered Hearts Cherry Bomb
(Serenity Farms Mr. Magic X Dell Tera's Betty)

Cherry is pretty special to us because she was a "gift" from a mare that was given to us along with a stallion we purchased in Dec. of 1995. The mare, a pretty little palomino pinto that was missing one eye, was very thin, and sickly at the time. (click the underlined link for a photo taken that winter of 1995)
We separated her from the other horses, put her on a special diet, and later that Summer, she had a little "date" with Cherry's father on the Fourth of July. On May 21, 1997, Cherry Bomb was born at noon on a sunny day.
Cherry has gone on to have four beautiful foals for us, and all of them have been named with the fireworks theme in honor of their mom. Cherry is also broke to drive, and is easygoing, despite her explosive moniker. Here are some photos:

Cherry's momma. This was before we knew her as Dell Tera's Betty (her AMHA registered name), and only knew her as Gramma Pony. Cherry was one month old in this photo, and you can see her legs as she hides behind her mom in the pic.
